SHIPPING POLICY

We are committed to delivering your artwork with care and efficiency. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom or commissioned artwork may require additional processing time, which will be communicated via email at the time of request for custom or commissioned work.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times​

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and package size.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic Shipping: 5-7 business days​

    • International Shipping: 15-30 business days

  • Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

3. Packaging​

  • All artwork is carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure safe delivery.

  • Framed or large artworks may be shipped in custom crates for additional protection.

4. Order Tracking​

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

5. Shipping Damage​

  • If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, but no later than 72 hours of receipt at info@damielorraine.com with photos of the damage and packaging.

6. International Shipping​

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments​

  • If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us for assistance.

Returns Policy

RETURN POLICY

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy for artwork:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • artwork may be returned within 15 days of delivery and purchaser's expense.

  • Only items in their original condition with all packaging materials.

  • Custom, commissioned, or final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Return Process​

  • Contact us at info@damielorraine.com to initiate a return request.

  • Include your order number, photos of the artwork, and a brief explanation of the reason for return.

  • Approved returns will receive a prepaid shipping label or return instructions.

3. Damaged or Defective Items​

  • If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us immediately, but no later than 72 hours of receipt with photos of the damage as well as the packaging.

4. Refunds​

  • Refunds are only provided for damaged or defective items. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method with 15 days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to damage or error on our part,

5. Exchanges​

  • Exchanges are subject to availability and must be requested within the return window.

    Currently, we ship throughout the United States and Canada.

    If you are interested in requesting work on commission, please send an email to info@damielorraine.com to discuss your request.

    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
